The "Little book" of Revelations chapter 10 that John was told to "eat up" (learn forwards and backwards) was the book of Daniel because it would be the only way for John or anybody else to ever be able to fully understand the Revelations that had been given him. Likewise for Daniel, Gabriel showed him something noted in the Scriptures of truth, (Dan 10:21)and he was showing him a portion of the Revelations where satan and his demons would be cast from the heavenly realm.
Here watch this Video as it spells it out very plain. (providing you can understand the speaker :-)
Rev 10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not..
Daniel was also told by the Angel in Dan 12:4 to shut up the words, and 'seal the book' and if John had written down that what the seven thunders uttered here in Rev 10:2 it also would have disclosed that what Daniel was told to shut up,the 'little book" that Daniel actually authored. (8,9/11,10/12) thus spilling the beans on it's meaning long before it's appointed time to be disclosed, at the time of the end.
Michael is "Standing up" in Daniel 10:21 and also in 12:1 because their both one and the same event, (when the "Switch" is taken into account) and is the same thing He's doing here in Revelation 10:1, standing up. If you've ever heard a Lions Roar, it's not just one continuous roar, but several of them one right after another. See this link for a good example of it. (first one i come across on you-tube, lol) The seven thunders are seven major cities being destroyed one right after another just like the Lions Roar (Mystery Babylon event)but the seven "things" that the seven thunders uttered was to divulge both the evil entities, where they arise from, and even the event itself that Daniel never did get to see in his time (Dan 12:9) because it was to be later disclosed in Revelations after Jesus (the Man in linen) death and Resurrection. And here is a list of those seven Things that were uttered to John, and John sealed, and was the tail end portion of Daniel's end times Vision that concluded with Daniel chapter 10. (without which the Revelations could never be fully understood)
#1. Jesus our Lord is the Man in linen in both 10:5-6 and also in Daniel 12:6,9-13. Only the Lamb (Jesus) was able to unseal the book of Revelations but that part has already been done. All that was left was to the prophet in accordance with the Holy Spirit in these latter days to unseal the book that Daniel shut in 12:4.
#2. We've just seen Michael standing up in Daniel 10:21-12:1, and it's corresponding chapter 10 of Revelations.
#3. Daniel 10:14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days. (also see Dan 12:1) It's mirrored in Revelations chapter 7 explaining the 144,000 and innumerable multitude that consumes the entire chapter.
#4. The Events in of themselves is never mentioned in Daniel but are spelled out perfectly in Revelations, Daniel 7:24-26,8:22-25 & 11:40-45 all conclude in Revelations chapter 6, whereas the end event in Daniel chapter 10 is speaking of the Spiritual battle now taking on an Earthly form when the Prince of Grecia attacks the Prince of Persia.
#5. The Prince of Grecia goes to attack the Persian (Iranian) Prince in Daniel 10:20 and Revelations 9:1 is the same event.
#6. Gabriel is opening the Abyss for Apollyon the Destroyer. (see Rev 9:11).
#7. His adversary the Prince of Persia whom they are attacking is consumed in Revelations chapter 12 beginning where Michael and his Angels cast "satan" and his demonic spirits from the Heavenly realm in verses 7-9.
